I am aware that there are some corrupt practices in the Defence Force. I know of some people involved, and I tell them the way they are doing business is through corruption . There is a company called Henry Wilson Ingirin Ltd. What I know is that that;

1. The Company was registered last year for an Auto Repair business but has NOT been operating since it started due to lack of Capital Expenditure.
2. The owner of HWI Ltd was approached by a relative of The First Assistant Secretary for Defence wanting to use his certificate to start up a fake Aircon Company to fix all the Air Condition in all offices in Defence Offices.
3. The fake company quoted the Defence Dept with a total of K54,000.00 to carry out the repair work and I believe this has been approved.
4. I certainly know that once they receive the funds they will split it amongst themselves including because one of my close one who is involved.

Another waste of tax payers money!
