As an insider within the Vulipindi House, I have recently observed over the last 12 months massive millions siphoned out of the Planning office by corrupt officails especialy junior officers and their bosses on behalf of bogus company's pretending to be government contractors.

How can officer with salary range of K22 000 to K28 000 per annum start work and in less than 12 months own a home, or fleets of cars, or spend thousands every weeknd drinking up with friends?

One officer who started work through relative superior's had three million going through he's persional account, this was flagged by people who know him working for the bank in which he has savings account. The same officers than bought almost entire fleets of vehicles to start a hire car company.

Another was observed buying 3 cars, one a land cruizer in less that 10 months of working for the Planning office. Further investigations show that this junior officer is a diractor of a recently incoperated company who have being awarded a contract in a province.

Another has a car for he's wife, one for he's girlfriend and two for himself in less than 3 years of working for Planning office.

The secretery, if he does not seem to worry aboput all this can be easily branded as the person this junior officers are working for. He maybe getting the bigger chunk while the officers get their 10%

An audit of the officers starting from the FAS's should start immediatly and expose these rot.

Honestly speaking from within the department I can tell you all that we will see only figures in Budgets but a good percentage will be siphoned off by these greedy minority who are double to threeple dipping and acting like canker worms eating into the store house off this country.

The Secretery and his Minister must act immediatly, and ACT NOW.

Valupindi Rat.

Hi.....we have found a way to deal with this cancer, I know it is sickening, but we need to have information on the people who are doing that. I know of one, a former flat mate of mine, he is "GONE" never to enjoy the spoils of his activities. Vulupindi RAT, please supply names, photos, mobile phone numbers and email contact of those "NICE PEOPLE" to this email address (ACES.001@gmail.com), it is safe and we will do our own assessment of them and deal with them in our own ways. Be rest assured, we are doing this for the good of our country, our children and our society. Anti Corruption Elimination Squad "We liberate them so they dont do it again"
